Job tasks and responsibilities

You are currently a excavator operator, looking for a full-time position. You will be a part of a three-man crew constructing Water and Wastewater connections and mains to minor subdivisions in the Southern Metropolitan Area.

This is an immediate start position and is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great crew in a well-known civil construction company.

Successful candidates will require:

  • Experience trench digging around utility services or willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude
  • Be physically Fit
  • MR Licence
  • White Card
  • Prepared to work in all weather conditions
  • Willingness to operate a JCB Backhoe is highly desirable

Senwill offer fortnightly and monthly bonuses to employees for performance and behaviours in line with the company culture.

Preferred requirements but not essential for the right candidate:

  • HR Licence
  • Experience dogging down plant and towing plant trailer
  • Opening to possibly operation a Backhoe
  • Traffic Management Ticket
  • Skidsteer Licence
  • Confined Space Ticket
  • Knowledge of SA Water Construction Standards
