Swr Plant Operator

**Your New Opportunity**:
Our ResourceCo business is going through significant new growth together with securing some of the largest infrastructure projects across NSW & Victoria, as such, we have **full-time permanent** position available for a passionate **Operator, **at our site based in **Lonsdale, South Australia.**

**_Your key responsibilities will be:_**
- Ensure that Daily / Weekly / Monthly production targets are met
- Assist with Plant Maintenance when required
- Process correct products and volumes to meet customer requirements
- Ensure all daily log sheets are completed and all checks have been carried out to keep accurate and complete records of daily activities
- Foster and promote safe working behaviours and display commitment to ResourceCos safety standard and OHS requirements at all times. strive for “0” Lost Time Injuries (LTI’s)
- Follow daily tasks and keep regular communication with Supervisor
- Machine sorting of incoming waste streams
- Directing traffic, or willing to learn all tasks with a positive mindset
- Communication with customers and working well in a team environment
- Have the flexibility to undertake/assist in any task within skill range

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Excavator ticket with experience is essential
- Previous experience in waste is preferable but not essential
- Own transport essential
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Self-motivated, and have the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- White Card
