About us… Are you interested in learning new construction methods? Come and join the Earth Structures crew Work all around Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula, and regional Victoria, constructing amazing rammed earth walls on domestic and commercial projects.

  • Casual work initially, full time for the right candidate.
  • Above award wages paid.
  • Usual hours 7am-3:30pm Monday to Friday, occasional weekend work paid at penalty rates
  • Travel/fares allowance
  • Meal allowance and accommodation provided when working away from home.

About you… We're looking for someone who:

  • Isn't afraid of hard work and is great on a shovel
  • Able to work away from home on some projects.
  • Can operate powered hand tools
  • Skidsteer loader proficiency and carpentry and/or formwork experience is a bonus.
