About Us

We're a small but growing aircon cleaning business in Darwin, and we're excited to be expanding into repairs and replacements. This is our very first refrigeration technician role – a chance to join us at the ground level and grow with the business.

The Role

We're looking for a qualified Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Technician to take on residential split-system work, including:

  • Repairing and replacing split-system air conditioners
  • Carrying out installation-related tasks
  • Providing reliable, professional service to our customers

While this role is focused on refrigeration/aircon service and repair, there may be occasional cleaning work to help fill hours. We'll always try to keep this minimal.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Technician (Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent)
  • Current Arctick licence
  • Driver's licence
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Reliable, motivated, and keen to grow with the business

Nice to Have

  • Own tools (allowance negotiable)
  • Willingness to pitch in with occasional cleaning jobs if required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $79,040.00 – $90,896.00 per year
