The Role

We're looking for a qualified Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Technician to take on residential split-system work, including:

  • Repairing and replacing split-system air conditioners
  • Carrying out installation-related tasks
  • Providing reliable, professional service to our customers

While this role is focused on refrigeration/aircon service and repair, there may be occasional cleaning work to help fill hours. We'll always try to keep this minimal.

What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Technician (Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent)
  • Current Arctick licence
  • Driver's licence
  • White card
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Reliable, motivated, and keen to grow with the business
Nice to Have
  • Own tools and vehicle (allowance negotiable)
  • Willingness to pitch in with occasional cleaning jobs if required
