The Company:

About the role:

This role will be working with various stakeholders across the business across different divisions reviewing all marketing related queries/activities. It is important for the successful candidate to detail orientated with some level of commercial acumen in order to evaluate and validate all queries and request coming through and working with business to address any gaps and inconsistencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Validate and approve high volume of Marketing vendor invoices and Customer claims in accordance with the Company's compliance guidelines
  • Assist with month end procedures
  • Perform various reconciliations and reports used for decision making
  • Assist Management Accountant to develop and improve Marketing processes including policy compliance and open items management
  • Perform financial analysis on an adhoc basis and report to Business Support Manager Liaise with and manage offshore business process support teams
About YOU:
  • University Degree in Accounting/ Finance (or any related discipline)
  • CPA or CA qualified (or studying towards) desirable
  • Knowledge or experience using SAP will be advantageous
