About the Role:

We are currently hiring casual Line Cooks, who will play a crucial part in our kitchen's success, contributing to the creation of delectable dishes that delight our guests. If you are passionate about the art of cooking and are eager to work in a dynamic and creative culinary environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and production of various dishes.
• Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Learn and develop culinary skills under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Assist in the receiving and storage of food and supplies.

About You:

• Culinary degree or relevant culinary training is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel is an advantage.
• A passion for culinary arts and creativity in the kitchen.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Evening and weekend availability required

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.31 – $38.78 per hour
