We're now looking for an experienced
Shift Manager (Afternoon Shift)
to join our manufacturing team and play a key role in leading safe, efficient and high-performing operations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead & inspire
    : Motivate and coach a passionate team to achieve their best every day.
  • Drive operational excellence
    : Oversee production performance, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently met.
  • Champion improvement
    : Identify opportunities, analyse data, and implement solutions that boost output and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Own compliance & safety
    : Set the standard for OH&S, GMP and HACCP – building a safe, compliant workplace for all.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally
    : Partner with quality, maintenance, and manufacturing teams to resolve challenges and keep things running smoothly.

What You Bring

  • 4–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing (FMCG/food industry highly regarded).
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you know how to use data to drive decisions.
  • Clear communicator with a natural ability to engage and energise your team.
  • Experience with SAP or high-speed packaging equipment is a plus.
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Food Technology or similar will be highly valued.
