Role Overview

This is a rare opportunity for a university graduate to join a high performing recruitment business on a steep growth phase. You will receive best-in-class training and development and be mentored one-on-one by an industry leader. Reo Group Adelaide has a strong client portfolio that continues to grow and as a result, we need to continue to grow and develop our team.

Responsibilities in this role include: 

  • Advertising and candidate attraction
  • Screening resumes
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Reference checking
  • Managing candidate profiles 
  • Providing career advice to candidates
  • Running and servicing active job orders to source & test the right candidate for the job taking into consideration all aspects of the client and candidate needs. 
  • Maintaining relationships & networking with candidates

Recruitment is a sales and customer service role, which will have set KPI's around all the above activity.


Profile
You may be a graduate with a degree in business or finance (or a related field) looking to take your first step into a corporate role, or perhaps you've already had a taste of a business-related position and are now ready to kick-start a career in a profession where we make it our business to elevate human potential. The successful candidate must have full working rights in Australia. 

The successful candidate will be: 

  • Self-motivated and a strong organisational planner\
  • Strong influencing skills and an ability to consult
  • Excellent skills in building instant rapport
  • High levels of communication both written and verbal
  • Desire to self-develop and a hunger for success
