What You'll Do

As our Marketing Executive, you'll be driving initiatives that grow our market presence and strengthen our brand. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Managing events from concept to completion.
  • Creating engaging content and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver marketing solutions that support business growth.
  • Keeping an eye on trends, spotting opportunities, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Assisting with the development and delivery of annual marketing plans.
  • Managing digital media platforms.
  • Monitoring performance and report on ROI for continuous improvement.
  • Managing project budgets, advertising collateral and creative assets.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6 years' marketing experience (professional services or agency experience a plus).
  • Strong project management skills – you love a deadline and deliver with flair.
  • Experience with CRM (Dynamics 365), digital marketing, and social media.
  • Creative skills with Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for making things happen.
