St Helens Park NSWTrainee

My Gateway is teaming up with the NSW Government to employ trainees for the **1000 jobs program** across the NSW public sector.

We have a great opportunity with St Helens Park Public School for a Horticulture Traineeship.

**Some of your duties include**:

- Maintaining the grounds as well as general maintenance of the school.
- Mowing, edging, gardening and weeding and hedging
- Washing of the bins
- Pressure cleaning of concrete surfaces
- Aerating mulch
- Setting up the school for functions in the hall such as assemblies.
- Daily jobs given by maintenance or administration staff.

As part of the 2 year traineeship, you will complete a nationally recognised qualification **Certificate III in Horticulture** while receiving quality on-the-job skills working with the head of Grounds and Maintenance.
