Froebel St Leonards is one of 5 early learning services operated by the not-for-profit provider Froebel Australia. The service offers inspiring learning environments on 3 levels plus a rooftop playground for 99 children from 6 months to 6 years.

Our program is shaped by immersive language learning (with a second language focus on German), inquiry-based learning through our Little Scientists program, and frequent incursions and excursions that connect us with our local community.

What we're looking for:

  • A qualified Early Childhood Educator (Certificate III or Diploma, please note: ECTs will not be considered for this position)
  • Someone who communicates thoughtfully and builds trusting relationships
  • A team player with energy, initiative and emotional maturity
  • An educator excited by immersive language learning and inquiry-based STEM (no German required)
  • A strong understanding of and commitment to child safety and ethical practice
  • And above all, someone with warmth, positivity, and a heart for children
