About The Role
The
Storeperson / Forklift Driver
is a
Full-time
position, based at
Bohle Townsville, QLD.
Reporting to the
Area Manager
you will be delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.

In This Role, You Will

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, primarily over the phone or via online orders (no shopfront or walk-in traffic)
  • Assist with day-to-day warehouse and store operations, with approximately 80% warehouse duties such as putting stock away, loading, and unloading
  • Operate a forklift for the best part of the role — forklift experience and a valid licence are essential
  • Manage stock movements, including receiving inbound deliveries and loading customer orders for distribution, while complying with safety requirements
  • Accurately complete documentation and ensure proper labelling and presentation of stock
  • Use computer systems daily — computer literacy is essential; you'll be expected to learn and use SAP
  • Answer phone enquiries and support online order processing

Your hours are Monday to Friday 7AM to 3PM.

About You

  • Current forklift license with sufficient experience
  • Computer literacy is essential
  • Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved).
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential.
  • Strong communication skills and listening skills, with the ability to build relationships
  • Contribute to a constructive and innovative workplace culture
