Role Description

This full-time, on-site Service Technician role is based in the Greater Perth Area. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair services for HVAC systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing reliable field service to ensure optimal system operations. The role will also involve directly assisting clients, addressing their inquiries, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Maintenance, Repair, and troubleshooting HVAC systems.
  • Proficiency in Field Service operations and on-site technical problem-solving.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to communicate effectively and build trust with clients.
  • Ability to perform routine Maintenance and ensure proper system functionality.
  • Relevant certifications or licensing in HVAC or similar technical fields is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to ensure quality results.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Greater Perth Area.
