As General Manager, you will be responsible for leading all facets of the club's operations while upholding our values of community engagement and sustainability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a motivated team to deliver excellence in service, hospitality, and member experience
  • Driving strategy, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Championing sustainability and contributing to the club's evolving legacy
  • Building positive relationships with staff, members, community organisations, and local partners
  • Commitment to sustainability and environmental practices

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in senior management within hospitality, licensed clubs, or similar environments
  • Strong financial acumen and operational leadership skills
  • Excellent people management and communication abilities
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and community-focused initiatives

Essential Certifications:

  • Current Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) certification
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Licensee/Advanced Licensee training as required by NSW Liquor & Gaming regulations
  • Willingness to obtain relevant police and working with children checks
