In this role, you'll:
Provide high-level administrative and executive support, with a strong focus on diary management, including managing and coordinating administrative processes, and liaising with and responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders to support operational effectiveness.
Since this role supports the Office of the Executive Director of operations, it requires adaptability and maturity to be able to operate in a very dynamic operational environment. You would be required to help with navigating through various day to day operational challenges, support the entire Train Crew and Station Operations team. You would be the conduit between the ED's office and rest of the operational team and help coordinate various projects while focussing on reporting, compliance and governance requirements.

About you
You will have demonstrated experience in providing high end administrative support with ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling critical and sensitive information. You are tactful and possess great stakeholder engagement skills. Previous exposure to a highly dynamic operational environment will set you up for success.
You are a confident go getter, proactive and able to deliver multiple administrative and clerical support activities and services in line with agreed standards, timeframes and milestones, given tight timeframes and the need to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong diary management skills, with the ability to schedule, prioritise, and coordinate complex calendars.
• Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, can work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Strong interpersonal skills, building positive relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Competence with office systems, digital tools, and software relevant to executive support.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
