About the Role

As the Customer Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day customer service and operational delivery across our distribution network. You'll lead a high-performing team to meet service level agreements, drive process improvements, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

This role blends strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and strong relationship management to ensure our customers consistently receive outstanding service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure service levels and customer expectations are consistently met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems
  • Analyse operational data and prepare reports on performance, trends, and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse, transport, and commercial teams to deliver end-to-end customer solutions
  • Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, service excellence, and safety

About You

  • Proven experience in Customer Operations, Account Management, or a similar leadership role
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Customer Operations, Account Management, or similar leadership role is required
  • Strong background in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or a related industry
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or related industry is essential
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to manage daily operations effectively
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant CRM/WMS/ERP systems
  • Passionate about customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
