• Casual position of 2-3 days / week, with the view to transition into a permanent part / full-time position for the right candidate.

You'll be doing a bit of everything — that's how we roll in a small practice:

• Chairside assisting for a variety of dental procedures
• Setting up treatment rooms
• Sterilising instruments and maintaining infection control
• Helping with reception — phone calls, booking, emails, payments
• Work closely with the dentist to keep the day running smoothly

• Have a calm, friendly, bubbly personality
• Can chat naturally with patients and make them feel at ease
• Stay composed under pressure and handle feedback well
• Appreciate clear direction and structured systems
• Are comfortable with both clinical and front desk responsibilities
• Are trustworthy, professional, and self-motivated
• Are confident using email, writing documents, and can touch type
• Have your own transport
• Are looking for a long-term team to grow with — not just a stepping stone
• Can empathise with patients
