  • Lead and mentor field crews, fostering a high-performance culture and enabling successful project delivery
  • Apply strong knowledge of industry standards and company policies to maintain compliance across all works
  • Strategically plan and allocate resources to optimise crew efficiency and minimise downtime
  • Deliver comprehensive daily pre-starts, clearly outlining site-specific details, safety requirements, and work priorities
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of site activities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks early through proactive planning and communication
  • Accurately review, complete, and submit all work documentation to support compliant and timely claims

What's in it for you?

At Ventia, we offer more than just a role—we're committed to helping you build a rewarding career with flexibility and support. As part of our Western Power team, you'll enjoy:

  • Flexible work options to help balance work and life
  • Tool of Trade Vehicle
  • Free on-site parking
  • Access to brand new tools, equipment, and fleet vehicles
  • Opportunities to grow your career across a national business
  • A supportive, down-to-earth team culture
  • Access to the Fitness Passport program for discounted gym memberships

What we're looking for:

We're seeking a qualified and professional Field Supervisor who brings a strong track record, relevant expertise, and a collaborative mindset to the team, along with:

  • Experience delivering essential services in a field-based environment
  • Strong leadership skills with proven team management capability
  • Supervisory experience in electrical or infrastructure projects, ideally within Western Power
  • Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management
  • Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Frontline Leadership training (highly regarded)
  • Current driver's licence

This is an exciting time to join Ventia as we return to partner with Western Power to seamlessly connect our homes, businesses, and essential community infrastructure to an increasingly renewable energy mix, supercharging our vibrant West Australian lifestyle.
