**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on solids control and drilling waste management equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct pre-operation checks and tests on solids control systems, equipment, and safety devices.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues as they arise during drilling operations.
- Able to read, understand and create PFD drawings to improve the solids control system to be submitted to the Mud Engineer for approval.
- Able to read and create PFD drawings using CAD software.
- Perform rig survey for solids control and drilling management system.
- Strong background in Swarf recovery system for P&A program.
- Assist with the installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of solids control and drilling management equipment and systems.
- Participate in safety meetings, drills, and emergency response activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with rig crew members, supervisors, and contractors to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and inventory levels.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while performing job duties.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior field services personnel as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in drilling technology.

**Requirements**:

- Technical degree, diploma or certification in a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience working on offshore drilling rigs or in a similar industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation systems and components used in drilling operations.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in adverse weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor and work extended shifts.
- Valid offshore certifications, including Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET), are preferred but can be obtained post-hiring.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and waste tracking systems.
- Experience using 2D and 3D software such as AutoCAD, Fusion 360 and Solidworks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Offshore: 5 years (preferred)
