We are seeking applications from experienced Support Workers in the Disability sector who are passionate about making an impact on the lives of children on the Sunshine Coast.
About Us
We provide a family centred support service to families on the Sunshine Coast. Our service wraps care and support around children and families living with a disability. We provide Support Workers, Therapy Assistants and NDIS support ensuring children get the best from their plan and their therapy.
We are looking for
- Compassionate support workers, experienced in working with children and families with additional needs.
- Experience in working with clients who are verbal/ non-verbal/ ASD/ FASD and PDA profile.
- Previous disability support (desirable)
- Resilient, caring and passionate about providing quality care.
- Committed to ongoing professional development
- Hold, or be willing to enrol in an industry-standard course and work towards achieving a minimum Cert IV formal qualification.
- Excellent communication skills
