What you'll be doing:

  • Own your pipeline. Prospect, pitch, and close high-value deals with global brands across FMCG, retail, telco, finance, and more.
  • Lead senior conversations with CMOs, marketing directors, and commercial decision-makers.
  • Deliver short-term tactical campaigns and long-term strategic loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with our global team — creative, strategy, partnerships — to build tailored, data-driven proposals.
  • Drive deals from first contact to signed contract. Then grow them.
  • Report on your performance, forecast like a pro, and smash your targets.

  • A track record in outbound sales and closing 6–7 figure deals.
  • Confidence in leading senior client conversations.
  • Commercial sharpness and loyalty marketing know-how.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; proactive, self-motivated, and target-hungry.
  • Consultative approach; you ask the right questions and solve real problems.
  • Team spirit; you collaborate, communicate, and celebrate wins together.
