Skylar Early Learning isn't your average childcare centre – and we're not looking for average leaders. We're creating something better: a place where educators and leaders are genuinely valued, supported, and inspired to make a real difference in children's lives.

Our brand-new 64 place Pioneer Rd centre in Albany is almost ready to open, and we're seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our team from November.

We want a leader who is:

  • An experienced and qualified early childhood professional with strong leadership skills and a diploma or tertiary level qualification in early childhood education
  • Passionate about building and leading a high-performing team.
  • Committed to creating a safe, inspiring, and nurturing environment for children.
  • Skilled in centre compliance, operations, and building relationships with families and the community.
