About the role

Terracon Civil is seeking an experienced Shotcrete/Plasterer to join our team based in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will utilise your expertise in shotcrete and plastering applications to support our civil construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform shotcrete and plastering work on construction sites
  • Prepare and maintain equipment, tools and materials required for shotcrete and plastering tasks
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed to the highest quality standards
  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the shotcrete and plastering process
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to your work
  • Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Shotcrete/Plasterer, preferably in the civil construction industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in shotcrete and plastering techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Committed to delivering high-quality work and maintaining safety standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
