Position Purpose
An exciting opportunity exists for a Store Sales Manager to join our Emporium Boutique based in Melbourne's CBD. The Store Sales Manager will maximize sales performance by leading, motivating, and developing the store sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences, foster strong client relationships and achieve ZIMMERMANN's luxury retail standards.
The purpose of this role is to drive the commercial success of the store by ensuring sales strategies are executed to exceed targets, while developing the team's clienteling skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques. The Store Sales Manager partners with the Senior Store Manager and Operations Store Manager to balance commercial and operational priorities, creating a seamless and elevated client experience.
Role Responsibilities:
- To consistently provide strong leadership, lead by example and present as a role model for all team members.
- Maximize sales by striving to be the best at providing excellence in Client Service, Visual Presentation and creating a memorable brand experience.
- To ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge and product knowledge.
- Promote an enjoyable and collaborative working environment which promotes passion, focus and discipline.
- Lead the execution of Zimmermann's "Shopping Experience" standards across all client interactions.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, implementing strategies to maximize results.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently deliver exceptional service and achieve targets.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to enhance individual and team performance.
- Actively build and maintain a portfolio of high-value clients, setting the standard for team client development.
- Oversee CRM usage to log client interactions, set reminders, and personalize communication.
- Manage client outreach strategies to ensure seamless client communication.
- To promote and always uphold the non-negotiable standards of the work health and safety policies and procedures.
