Barista - all rounder

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time passionate and experienced staff for our cafe restaurant:

Australian work rights or valid work visa required for this position.

This role requires skills and experience across barista, chef, and waiting staff areas.

Candidates must be available to work 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays.

• Barista all rounder

• Deliver consistently high-quality coffees and beverages customers.

• Serving customers and using the POS system
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive in-store experience.
• Manage cafe front of house (inclusive of coffee and milk ordering)
• Opening and closing of the cafe

• Barista all rounder

• 4-5 years+ barista experience

• Minimum 6 months barista experience required.
• Ability to consistently produce excellent coffees, especially when confronted with an influx of orders
• Confident in latte art
• Able to train and mentor other team members to assist in the day-to-day coffee making.
• A mature attitude, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for high-quality coffee & produce and great customer service
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg regularly
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Current RSA certificate
