Turramurra, Australia Flour Shop Full time

We are a small bakery specialising in sourdough bread, pastries and cakes. We have a tight menu, but what we do, we do well. We use Little Italy beans to compliment our artisan baked goods.

**We are seeking an experienced barista**

Minimum 2 years experience managing minimum 4-5kg daily

Part-time for 1-3 days
Shifts across Thursday-Friday-Saturday-Sunday
6am starts to close, weekend availability for 1 day minimum

**Essential**:independent running of the section (incl ordering). Ability to develop and grow demand for our coffee. Previous experience in FOH / customer service.

**Skills valued**: attention to detail, a real hunger to learn, not accepting of mediocrity and a passion for all things coffee is a must. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a small team.

**This role is NOT open to sponsorship.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 8-27 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
