Mabel Park State School, located in Slacks Creek, is a proud learning community where every child, every day, is supported to learn and achieve. About the Role

As the Deputy Principal, you will work to improve the educational outcomes of students within the school, support the development and enhancement of teaching and learning quality, and foster positive relationships among students, teachers, the community, and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

As the Deputy Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Deputise for the Principal when required.
  • Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
