Entertainment Travel Specialist Overview:

We're seeking a full-time Entertainment Travel Specialist to manage complex travel arrangements for VIP and entertainment clients. You'll design detailed itineraries, handle bookings across air, rail, hotels, and ground transport, and deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Independently manage end-to-end client travel needs, including complex itineraries and VIP services
  • Ensure high accuracy in bookings, ticketing, documentation, and system records (PNRs in Galileo)
  • Handle reissues, quality control, client complaints, and financial reconciliation
  • Negotiate vendor rates and identify revenue opportunities
  • Mentor junior staff, support training, and contribute to team process improvements
  • Represent TAG at events, maintain vendor relationships, and uphold service excellence
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in travel consulting (preferably with entertainment, VIP, or touring clients)
  • Strong knowledge of fares, ticketing, and GDS (Travelport/Galileo preferred)
  • Excellent customer service, negotiation, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; flexible and adaptable under pressure
