Our client, a respected and well-established financial services organisation, is seeking a capable and self-sufficient Project and Change Manager to work as an individual contributor across a variety of small but high-impact capability uplift projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and ELT to support effective decision-making, organisational planning and governance.
- Lead the development of reports, briefings and publications relating to strategic performance and organisational priorities.
- Drive the execution of strategic and improvement initiatives aligned to the organisation's mission and long-term objectives.
- Deliver clear and engaging change and communication plans to support stakeholders in understanding the rationale and benefits of project uplift.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication across business units to ensure alignment, progress and follow-through.
- Promote innovation and uplift ways of working through practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder engagement to ensure clarity, ownership and smooth delivery.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, board materials, minutes and written communications for executive and governance audiences.

- Demonstrated success operating as an individual contributor in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Experience leading organisational improvement initiatives and coordinating small-scale strategic or operational projects
- Strong judgement, proactivity, integrity and personal accountability.
- Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, adjust timelines and navigate shifting requirements.
