Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organising, overseeing, and controlling the daily operation of the restaurant

  • Managing and supervising staff, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance reviews

  • Leading the team to deliver excellent customer service

  • Planning menus with chefs and organising promotional events or special functions

  • Ordering stock, managing suppliers, and controlling costs according to budget

  • Ensuring safety and security standards are met, and staff are trained in Workplace Health and Safety

  • Handling customer feedback and resolving complaints professionally

  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, sales, and financial transactions

  • Work alongside the management team.

What you'll bring:

  • AQF Associate Degree in hospitality or business management (Diploma Bachelor degree preferred)

  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a restaurant manager (Chinese restaurant experience preferred)

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Strong business acumen and customer service focus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
