The Operations Project Manager is responsible for the operational execution of major projects, events and shutdowns for the Business Unit. A key focus of the role is to establish professional and reliable teams to deliver relentless customer service across a scheduled project calendar, as well as partnering with the Sales team to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.

You'll enjoy variety in your role including:

  • Lead major project planning, delivery, and execution in line with budget, KPIs, and customer expectations
  • Collaborate with Sales to understand client needs, grow revenue, and price project scopes effectively
  • Build and manage high-performing project teams while ensuring compliance and operational excellence
  • Drive continuous improvement in project support, resource planning, and customer service delivery

What you'll bring to the role

  • Follow all safety instructions, procedures, and training to protect yourself and others
  • Knowledge of HSQE procedure and requirements on a mine site
  • Mechanical knowledge and maintenance planning
  • Use PPE and equipment correctly and responsibly
  • Report incidents, hazards, or injuries promptly using internal and external systems
  • Ability to manage customer expectation
  • Manage contractors on a daily basis
