We're Hiring: Senior Designer (Sydney)

Design Intoto
, we make food brands look unstoppable. We're after a
concept-first, type-obsessed Senior Designer
who can turn loose briefs into
bold, appetite-driving campaigns
— less spreadsheet layouts, more cinematic food moments.

What You'll Do

  • Lead concepts for promos, seasonal platforms and brand campaigns
  • Turn strategy + product truths into
    visual ideas + headline systems
  • Create hero key visuals across
    OOH / social / digital / in-store / motion
  • Design and deliver in
    Figma + Adobe CC
    (PS/AI) with strong typographic hierarchy
  • Guide retouch/compositing direction and build
    reusable masters/toolkits
  • Translate ideas into shoot-ready briefs and support art direction under a CD
  • Storyboard motion and use
    basic motion
    +
    AI tools
    to explore looks fast
  • Collaborate across time zones and present work clearly


What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years
    with a strong conceptual campaign portfolio (not just production)
  • Expert in
    Figma + Adobe CC
    (Photoshop + Illustrator)
  • Proof of: hero imagery, promo typography, offer/pricing hierarchy, headline lock-ups
  • Some shoot involvement (or keen to be hands-on)
  • Basic motion + real AI ideation experience


Nice to Have

  • QSR / FMCG / retail brand experience
  • Strong on-set confidence + advanced motion/editing/compositing
  • Regular international collaboration experience
