**About the Role**:
As Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our new store — setting the standard, growing your team, and shaping a space where style and strength collide. From daily ops to team culture, you’ll lead with purpose and performance.
You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to launch strong, hit key milestones, and deliver big results from day one.
**What You’ll Bring**:

- 1+ year experience in retail leadership (Store Manager or Assistant)
- A confident, empowering leadership style — team-first and customer-led
- Passion for wellness, styling & the Stylerunner aesthetic
- A track record of smashing sales, KPIs & operational goals
- Experience with stock, shrinkage, wage control & visual merchandising
- A make-it-happen mindset — proactive, strategic & ready to grow
- Tuesday-Saturday availability

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach & motivate a high-performing store team
- Deliver strong sales results and next-level customer experiences
- Manage store operations including rostering, stock & visual standards
- Use data & insights to drive strategy and daily decision-making
- Launch the new store with energy, confidence & premium presentation
- Build a team culture rooted in collaboration, growth & empowerment
- Maintain all health, safety & compliance expectations
