Discover life-giving possibilities

Lifeblood is more than just a job or a career, it's an opportunity to be part of something that matters. As an organisation, our purpose is simple: to give life. Together, we want to help you build a fulfilling career with Lifeblood.

About the role

Help us keep Lifeblood running smoothly by shaping the future of our Time & Attendance system, myTIME (powered by Humanforce).

As our Senior Technical Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for all things myTIME - configuring, maintaining, and improving the system across desktop, web, kiosks, and mobile. You'll ensure our complex award and enterprise agreement rules are accurate and compliant, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert guidance not only to our Payroll, People Support, Finance, and P&C Operations teams, but also to managers and leaders across the organisation who rely on myTIME to manage their teams effectively.

From leading upgrades and enhancements to rolling out new features, you'll drive technical initiatives that make work easier and more efficient for our people. Right now, we're moving from an on-premises solution to Humanforce Cloud, and you'll play a pivotal role in making that transition seamless.

If you're passionate about optimisation, collaboration, and helping people get the most from their systems, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact at Lifeblood.

Sound interesting? Here's what we are looking for;

  • Deep expertise in Humanforce (myTIME) – from configuration and reporting to payroll integration.
  • Hands-on experience managing time & attendance systems in complex, multi-site environments.
  • Strong grasp of data integrity – audits, reconciliations, and system synchronisation.
  • System security focus, applying access controls and role-based permissions with confidence.
  • Analytical problem-solver with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Tech savvy with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in interpreting Enterprise Agreements to build and validate accurate payment rules.
  • Collaborative relationship-builder, trusted by stakeholders and vendors alike.
  • Clear communicator, able to tailor messages for different audiences.
  • Organised and adaptable, thriving both independently and in a team.
  • Proactive and accountable, exercising sound judgement under broad direction.
  • Committed to continuous improvement, driving safer, smarter system processes and better user experiences.

This is a fixed-term, full-time position covering parental leave until Nov 2026. It is a hybrid role, rotating between WFH and one of our Processing Centres. We are flexible on location. Lifeblood is proud to accommodate flexible working and we are open to conversations around what this means to you.

Thrive in a diverse culture that cares for your wellbeing

We're a diverse and inclusive bunch. We're proud to foster an environment where all people can come together to achieve their very best. Whether it's workplace safety or work/life balance, we look after our employees' varying needs. As part of the Lifeblood team, you'll have access to a generous salary packaging program, plus a great range of rewards like discounts on insurance, groceries, food & beverage, department stores, travel, and more.
