currently seeking an experienced
Event Coordinator

to join our team.

Our Event Coordinator will:

  • Be well organised with an impeccable track record in customer service providing excellence in every experience

  • Excellent communication with all clients with an ability to build report as soon as sales handover takes place, ready to assist in the event planning journey

  • Identify the client's requirements and expectations ensuring all is carried out with the greatest attention to detail whilst multitasking along the way

  • Liaise with the client's vendors and stakeholders during the event planning process to help bring the client's vision to life and manage all event logistics including overseeing set up

  • Up-sell and secure package inclusions with SRB industry friends

  • Create, manage & update event orders as well as conduct weekly event order meetings with key staff including the kitchen and operations team

  • Meet & greet organizers and bridal couples to ensure a smooth handover on the day of the event

  • Be ahead of the game, passionate and follow the trends in the events industry with sound food and beverage knowledge
