Your role as a Business Analyst will involve:

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand and document their needs
• Elicit and document business requirements, functional specifications, and business rules
• Define and model As Is and To Be processes
• Work closely with delivery teams and SMEs, providing guidance and ensuring solution alignment with requirements
• Support the development of business cases and solution options analysis for new initiatives
• Support the testing team in the development of test cases and acceptance criteria

We are looking for someone who has the following:

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst
• High level of stakeholder engagement and interpersonal communication
• Enjoys analysis and problem solving
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline
