About the role

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored for special needs educators, ensuring alignment with current educational standards and practices.
• Collaborate with educational institutions and stakeholders to assess and address the unique needs of special needs students, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
• Utilize expertise in IT infrastructure and security to enhance educational tools and resources, ensuring a safe and effective learning platform for educators and students.
• Lead and mentor a team of educators, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development and teaching effectiveness.
• Engage in continuous learning and adaptation to new educational technologies and methodologies, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge training solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars to promote best practices in special needs education, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing among educators.

About the candidate

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in education and training, with a focus on special needs education.
• Possession of security-related certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security.
• Broad experience across all aspects of security, particularly in managing IT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to provide training and manage IT infrastructure effectively.
