About the Role

We have multiple opportunities available for qualified Group Fitness Instructors in our newly built facility - The Pavilion at the WACA Ground.

In these roles, you'll be the first point of contact for members and casual users, providing a warm and welcoming environment. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, fostering long-term relationships, and creating a positive and motivating atmosphere in your group fitness sessions. You will help members achieve their fitness goals while contributing to an inspiring and supportive community.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a solid background in health and fitness programming. You will have proven leadership abilities, as you'll be responsible for inspiring and supporting both members and fellow team members. A proactive attitude and the flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, are essential.

Qualifications:

  • Current First Aid - HLTAID011
  • CPR Certification - HLTAID009
  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness or GEL qualification
  • WA Working with Children Check - Employee
