The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Enrolled Nurse to join our Clinical Care team, servicing the Southern suburbs with a base in Unley. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting clients in their homes while contributing to the development of clinical governance and care standards.

As a Enrolled Nurse, you will:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to clients, including wound management, medication administration, catheter care, diabetes management, social support and dementia care.
• Undertaking welfare checks.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards and clinical governance requirements.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the Registered Nurses to enhance care processes and procedures.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• A current AHPRA registration as a Enrolled Nurse.
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of contemporary nursing practices.
• Proficiency with electronic medication management and clinical documentation systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for aged care and community nursing, with demonstrated experience in similar settings desirable.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
