We have a Full time position available for an Operations Coordinator - to join our team in Adelaide, Unley.

This role would be working with our National Training and Education Division.
This is a growing division of our business which includes training programs for existing HCA health care, aged care, and disability support workers. We also work with Facilities, employers and individuals to deliver mandatory competencies such as manual handling, First Aid, induction programs, technical competencies, and medication training.

Position summary
Working as part of our national Education and Training team, the Education Operations Coordinator will have a focus on the wide range of tasks involved in the day to day running of all workforce & industry training programs conducted in Adelaide at both the HCA premises and other locations throughout the city.
**Essential Criteria**
- Proven administration and organisation skills including the ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, perform tasks accurately and manage time effectively
- Flexibility and the ability to multi-task
- Initiative and the ability to work unsupervised
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
**Desirable**
- Prior admin experience in education / RTO
**Key Responsibilities**
The focus of the role will be:
- Development and maintenance of the training calendar including website listings and online booking and enrolment information
- Management of training enquiries, bookings, cancellations, attendance records, refunds, certificates, student files
- Hiring and inducting trainers as required
- Co-ordination of trainer bookings and trainer liaison
- Sourcing, ordering and maintenance of training resources
- Maintaining training rooms, reception, and kitchen areas - daily room set up, set down
- Greeting and directing training attendees
- Promoting training products and services to internal HCA staff
- Development and maintenance of relationships with external clients to market and promote training products and services in conjunction with the Workforce and Industry Training Manager and Business Development Manager
- Familiarise and work in accordance with WHS and QMS systems, policies, and procedures.
