 The Role

Great Southern Grammar invite applications for the position of Director of Student Experience.  This is a full-time senior leadership role with a five-year tenure commencing in The Director of Student Experience is responsible for leading experiential learning programs across the School, including cocurricular activities, service learning, outdoor education, rites of passage and character development.   You will work closely with the Deputy Principal Head of Secondary and Head of Primary, to nurture student engagement beyond the classroom and promote the School's values in action.   If you are ready to inspire and be inspired, we invite you to apply and Create YOUR Impact.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives that enhance student experience and engagement
  • Oversee planning and delivery of camps, tours, excursions and cocurricular programs
  • Design and implement character education, service learning and social-emotional learning strategies
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiential learning
  • Ensure compliance with child safety, risk management and regulatory requirements.
