Position Overview
Join the exciting journey of our brand-new, purpose-built Tallawong service, catering for 78 children across three beautiful learning rooms. As a Diploma Educator, you'll play a vital role in creating engaging learning environments, supporting children's development, and working collaboratively with your team to ensure every child feels supported, inspired, and valued.

We're seeking a passionate Diploma Educator who is ready to bring their skills, creativity, and enthusiasm into a brand-new service, helping us build strong foundations and a culture where curiosity, creativity, and care thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Lead your room with confidence, drawing on your previous Room Leader experience.
  • Mentor and guide educators to deliver engaging, high-quality programs.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children thrive.
  • Build meaningful partnerships with families and encourage community connections.
  • Support with documentation, compliance, and day-to-day room operations.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
  • Child Protection training/certificate.
  • Proven experience as a Room Leader.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
