As a Parts Interpreter, you'll play a crucial role in our team by:

  • Interpreting, quoting, and selling parts to our customers, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and updating them on order status and delivery expectations.
  • Assisting trade customers and technicians at the counter with their parts requests.
  • Employing best practices in purchasing and selling processes to maximise business returns and profitability.
  • Providing daily updates to service advisors on back-ordered parts and those ready for fitting

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant trade qualifications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
  • A strong customer service mindset with the ability to upsell and solve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in IT and a keen eye for detail. (Experience with Pentana preferred but not essential)
  • The ability to work seamlessly as part of a team.
  • A current Driver's License.
