Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate Lead Educators to join Crestmead Early Education Centre (EEC). 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, up to 38 hours per week (flexible options available)

Location: Crestmead

Compensation: Up to $39/hr + super + 10% retention (based on qualification and role)

Lead Educator  

Lead Educators are responsible for guiding a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality educational programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead curriculum planning and program delivery for children aged 0–5 years
  • Mentor and support Assistant Educators
  • Foster inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environments
  • Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and centre standards

Qualifications & Attributes: 

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (minimum)
  • Current Blue Card
  • Leadership experience and strong curriculum knowledge
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
