Workshop Labourer – Metal Fabrication Rocklea

We are hiring reliable and motivated Workshop Labourers to join a busy metal fabrication team in Rocklea, specialising in high-quality steel and metal products for the heavy industry.

Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour (casual) Hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Rocklea, Brisbane

What you'll be doing:

• Basic assembly of metal components
• Measuring, marking, and cutting steel and aluminium
• Learning to operate CNC machines (full training provided)
• General workshop assistance in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

To be successful you will need:

• Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items
• Reliable transport and good punctuality
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
• Ability to pass a police check and urine drug & alcohol test on your first day

No previous experience in metalwork is required – we provide on-the-job training. If you're hardworking, keen to learn new skills, and want steady full-time hours, this is a great opportunity to get into the industry.
