Specialising in the provision of standalone cleaning and security services or a tailored integrated solution. Assetlink support businesses to manage their assets and operations in the commercial, retail, aviation, health & aged care and mining sectors.

A position has come available for an experienced Part Time Maintenance Team Member with proven experience within the facilities field. This position will be based at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre:

Rotating Roster (Full-Time Hours)

You'll work on a monthly rotating schedule, with shifts across the following patterns:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
  • Sunday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • Tuesday to Saturday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

The overall functions of this role are:

  • General handy-person and trade duties
  • Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work
  • Maintain the presentation of the centre to a high standard
  • Provide excellent customer service skills in order to deal with tenants and clients
  • Flexible approach to work with occasional night shift work

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience within maintenance/handyman
  • Versatile handy-person skills
  • Ability to use Power tools, Forklift, scissor lift (EWP) highly desirable
  • Basic plumbing skills
  • Physically capable of moving equipment
  • Ability to be part of a team.
  • Be self-motivated and responsible
  • Liaise with customers as required.
  • Trade qualification is helpful
