The opportunity

We're looking for a
Senior Writer
who can think, write and create across the full spectrum of integrated communications - PR, social, content, events, digital and truly integrated campaigns.

This is a role for someone who understands how ideas travel, how culture moves, and how writing can (and should) shape earned attention - not just fill space.

You'll be embedded across teams and disciplines, collaborating closely with creatives, content strategists, PR, social, events and client teams to develop ideas that work in the real world. You'll know what's trending, what's tired, and how to push thinking beyond the obvious.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing
    big, integrated ideas
    that work across PR, social, film/content, print, events and digital
  • Writing sharp, culturally relevant copy across multiple formats - from earned-first thinking to long-form storytelling and platform-native social
  • Translating strategy and briefs into ideas that feel modern, distinctive and on-point
  • Working closely with designers, art directors, content creators and account teams to bring ideas to life
  • Contributing to pitches, campaign planning and client presentations
  • Challenging briefs (constructively) to elevate the thinking and the work
  • Helping shape and protect brand voice across channels
  • Mentoring junior writers and elevating the overall writing standard across the group

What we're looking for

  • 5–6+ years' experience as a copywriter in an agency or creative environment
  • A strong portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, not just execution
  • Confidence writing across earned, social, content, experiential, digital and gets retail
  • A deep understanding of how ideas show up differently across platforms — and why
  • Cultural curiosity: you're tuned into trends, but not trapped by them
  • Excellent craft — grammar, tone, structure and storytelling all matter here
  • Someone collaborative, adaptable and comfortable being truly integrated across teams
  • A writer who can think strategically, not just creatively
