About the role

We're looking for an Inventory Controller to make the area their own and support our Print Room operations by ensuring materials are available, organised and ready when needed.

This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in reducing downtime, improving efficiency and supporting our team to deliver on time, every time.


Key responsibilities

  • Order, receive, store and allocate materials to printing presses
  • Maintain accurate inventory through regular stocktakes
  • Coordinate with printers, suppliers, transport and customer service
  • Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised work environment
  • Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve processes
  • Communicate on material availability and delivery timing

What we're looking for

  • Experience in inventory control, warehousing or materials handling
  • Forklift licence and current driver's licence
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving ability

Desirable but not essential

  • Warehouse or inventory management certification
  • Exposure to LEAN, Continuous Improvement or similar methodologies
