Situated on the highest point in Brisbane's Central Business District, Hotel Grand Chancellor Brisbane is a 4.5 star hotel attracting both business and leisure travellers. The Hotel boasts an engaging blend of contemporary design, modern amenities and gracious hospitality dedicated to the perfect guest experience.

We're currently hiring Food & Beverage Attendants across a variety of roles, including breakfast shifts, a la carte restaurant service, barista, and banquets/events.

Duties:

  • Deliver warm, efficient, and professional service to all guests
  • Work confidently as part of a team or independently
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Follow safe and hygienic food handling practices
  • Take ownership of your station and service area
  • Support the wider F&B operation across events, functions, or daily dining

To be successful in this role, you must be:

  • Prior experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role
  • A positive attitude and approachable, friendly nature
  • Great communication skills and attention to detail
  • Availability to work a flexible roster, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Physically fit and capable of carrying trays, setting up/breaking down service areas

Required: Certificates:

  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
